What if I told you that there is something more precious than life itself? Something SO powerful and personal that it will change your heart? Something that will bring you infinite joy and comfort? I have something like this and it is more precious to me than anything in the world: My Testimony. I treasure my Testimony as it provides me with a personal witness of Jesus Christ. Words cannot express the passion, the love, and the gratitude I have for Jesus Christ, my Savior and Redeemer. I cannot even tell you how many times I have felt lost and alone, but I always find confidence and peace in my Savior. He knows me personally. The Atonement was so infinite and personal that I know I can always rely on Him through the hard times. He suffered so we can repent. As I have relied on Him through repentance, I have never experienced greater happiness.The scriptures are the direct word of God. He gives us them that we can follow His words and return to Him one day. I have a burning Testimony of the Book of Mormon. Joseph Smith translated this book through the power of GOD. As I read it I am filled with the comfort and power of the Holy Ghost. God is real and He sent me to this earth to increase in knowledge and understanding. The mercy I feel from God and my Savior never ceases to amaze me. I know that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is true. President Monson is the prophet on the earth today. I feel so much love and gratitude for knowing this.
Find out for yourself to know what I know. If you will read the Book of Mormon, you will KNOW of the truth of this precious book, and also the truth of ALL THINGS. Pray to find out if what I know is true. I PROMISE YOU THAT YOU WILL RECEIVE A PERSONAL WITNESS. This gospel is true. You will never find greater joy than when you finally know for yourself that it is true.
The simple truths I KNOW:
Jesus Christ is the Christ. I am empowered through Him. I am strengthened by Him. I am saved by Him. I am comforted by Him. I am loved by Him. I am inspired by Him. He is my Savior.
The temple is the house of the Lord. By entering its walls, one will experience the love of God and the reality of His divinity.
The Book of Mormon is the word of God. You WILL find peace and joy through reading its precious words. It proves the truth of all things.
My family will be together forever because of the Plan of Salvation.
